Annual General Meeting of the Governors of the Society will be held on Sunday,07.04.2024 at Bhatia Bal Rakshak Vidyalaya Premises, Borivali (West) @11:00
AM to transact the following business: –
AGENDA OF THE MEETING: –
1. To Read & Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of the Society held on 19 Feb 2023.
2. To receive and adopt Audited Accounts of the Society for the FY 2022-2023.
3. To Appoint Statutory Auditors of the Society for FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 & FY 2025-26 and to decide their remuneration.
4. To review Halls Business during the year
5. To Review Boarding Activities during the year.
6. To approve capital expenditure of Rs. 2.50 Cr plus GST as applicable, to facilitate migration of Boarding (Hostel) to our new tower – post OC received on
18 Sept., 2023
7. Any other matter with prior permission of the Chair.
